Reviewed by Andrea Stehman on 01/12/2019Rating: Took my mother out to lunch to celebrate her 65th birthday. The food and service were excellent. We enjoyed the lobster ravioli appetizer, the pasta was light and didn't over power the filling. My spaghetti with pesto and chicken was perfectly cooked and the flavor was well balanced. We enjoyed the ricotta cheese cake for dessert. It has the perfect amount of sweetness and was light and airy. My mom loved our day out and was very happy I did not have the staff come to the table to sing happy birthday to her.

The wait staff was very nice and attentive. The food was delicious. I ordered the Chicken Rigatoni (Pasta Brio) and my boyfriend had the Chicken Pesto (but with Alfredo sauce instead of Pesto).
Overall, I would return again.

We had a family bundle, and it was nice to be able to try different dishes. There were only two issues. One, the water for our tea was not hot. And even when we asked for new cups of hot water, it still was not hot. And, I understand some people like their pan-seared salmon well-done, but the salmon at our table was so hard it was inedible. Other than that, I would definitely like to go back to Brio again.

Reviewed by Mary Kendus on 01/28/2020Rating: They opened at 11am on Sunday and we got there a minute or two after. There were only about 4-6 tables seated with at least 3 waiters. The hostess took our order, we never saw our server until there was an issue and he said that he had too much going on and apologized. It took 45 minutes to get a meatball appetizer. But since they have the open kitchen, we could clearly see food was being prepared and was going out to other tables. We had find someone to ask about our meals and they told us it would be about 5 minutes (after being there for over an hour already). after 5 minutes passed we got up once again and asked them to pack our meal to go. Still took them another 5 minutes to come over to us. We didn't leave until about 12:20 and 2 of our 4 meals were wrong.
Another table was seated after us, had drinks, appetizers, lunch, and paid before we even received our meals. Such a horrible experience.
I came back to Brio just about 2 months ago for happy hour on two separate occasions. I went once with my best friend and another time with my fiance.

Happy hour at the bar is the place to be. Get the spicy shrimp eggplant and a burger. Dip the burger in the shrimp sauce and enjoy!
